Applied online on the company website. A week later had a phone call from Mechelen (Belgium). Nothing too difficult, they just asked about experiences, etc. After the phone interview, I was invited to take two online tests (it takes approximately 2hours to complete). One test was Caliper and the other Bennett technical competency test. If you are successful, you are invited to Skype interview (live) where they check your technical competency again and also your sales skills (role play).

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
