Multiple rounds of interviews. You first get a call from one of their screeners to see if you have a good first impression. Then you take an aptitude test. If you pass that, you take a personality test. If all goes well in the previous rounds, you get a face to face interview.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
