I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kforce
Interview
Had initial 20 minute phone screen which went well. Went for in person interview which seemed as if it went well, if not slightly disorganized. Reason being is that I was told to ask for a certain person, but he was not available. In total, met with three recruiters separately, spent two hours at the company, sent my thank you emails, and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. Not even the initial recruiter who contacted me about the position. I have never had that happen to me before and I really feel like I dodged a bullet. Also it seems like the company likes to hire candidates right out of college and I didn't fit that demographic. Waste of time.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
