I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kforce (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process itself didn't have any issues. However, I was fired from my job because one of the employees at Kforce was out drinking on the weekend and told my current employer that I had interviewed with them. My employer has a policy of letting people go if they interview anywhere. I found it EXTREMELY unprofessional for them to drop my name out on the weekend to my employer without consent which ended up costing me my job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I would feel about the small environment of only 4 people, how I would handle it if a candidate was mad that I didn't have a position for them
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
