Interview
A corporate recruiter called me for a recruiter position serving their clients. She asked me a few questions about my experience, talked about the job and then told me it was an entry level position. I aksed her what about the position made it entry and she replied the salary (40K - 45K base) made it entry level. I said if the bonus potential made it worthwhile I might be interested. She then said she would pass on my resume to the hiring manager. I never heard back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
