I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Took me into their office. Lasted about 2 hours. Got to meet 4 of the employees and also got a tour of the office. We went out for coffee during the first hour and they asked me general questions about myself. The second hour was more formal where I was interviewed by 2 different engineers.
The interview process for me has been consistent, starting with open interviews, interview with regional recruiter, and interview with office you're applying for. In my most recent job application, I attended open interviews, and in the follow up 2 weeks later dismissed me as a candidate for no indicated reason.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Kansas City, MO) in Jul 2022
Interview
First, screening interview. Once interested more, they fly you or pay for your travel to interview (they treat you well). Then, you have your interview and lunch. Then the day is over.
Overall, it was okay interview. When you can follow the STAR method you will be fine for the most of the interviews. Kimle-Horn is a good company overall to work for but their interviews somehow could be challenging.
