Short Interview. Mainly inquired what I liked best about the place and their values. They wanted to know what skills I had that would benefit them, but other than that most of it seemed directed towards why I wanted to work there.

Interview
It was a very quick, casual interview process in which the interviewer mainly asked behavioral questions. The questions they asked pertained to my capabilities of working in a fast-paced environment and teamwork.
Easy comfortable first interview. Second interview had scenario questions. The interviews were a few days apart. Both managers were nice and easy to talk to. They asked for my resume even though I had submitted it online.

They asked me to describe a situation where i "knew" I was right but turned out to be wrong and how I handled it.
