Two rounds with two managers. The second one is basically if you are going to be hired or not. Pretty easy interview process. Basic wine questions asked as well like list some reds or whites. Not alot of pressure.

First I applied online and was contacted to interview. I interview with the server manager and then got asked back for a second interview with the GM - then I got hired.

Three one on one interviews on different days. Each interview is with a different manager (the front of house manager, the back of house manager and the general manager). All interviews were pretty short
