If they believe you’re qualified, they give your resume to the hiring manager and you’re interviewed by them. And the. You’re interviewed by your direct manager.

it went smooth. people are kind and were helpful in filling out forms. The recruiter became a great friend and has helped me obtain the best possible package. they also spent a lot of money on getting me to go visit their Austin office. It was nice but not what I liked.
