Was very fast, answered all questions. Asked typical interview questions of any job in retail,sales, production. Gave me insight on how the management was and informed me about sick days and calling in. Discussed pay periods and hourly pay. Described how the training process would be. Seemed almost desperate to hire immediately so I felt pressured to call back.

They called me back within a couple of days of applying. The HR rep was so desperate for employees she told me when I first walked in that the job was mine if I wanted it. She was entirely unwilling to negotiate pay, though.

Was only asked a couple questions so it wasn't that difficult. The room was clean and the Human resources worker was kind and polite. She hired me right on the spot. So that was reassuring.
