Interview
Applied through internet and got called for an interview within a week. I first had an interview with the HR manager, witch in 10 minutes offer me to interview with the electronics department manager. After interviewing with the department manager, I was extended an offer conditional to a drug test.

Tell me about a bad experience with a fellow coworker.
Pretty easy. Walked in and was asked my desire pay and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Interview was taken in a closet though so that was a little weird.

Standard questions. Rather informal. One on one with HR interviewer. You have to take and pass an online personality test to get an interview which you take immediately after submitting your application,
