Interview
I was called back in to HR. She did ask the manager for the department for which i would be working to come to the back She ask me some questions about my experience. Why i want to work.. Ask if i was going to come to work and not quit as they have had a lot of turn over there. Ask the regular interview questions like "Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer" I knew i had the job after the manager left. She gave her approval. The HR asked me the questions so i had to get her approval and then the Store Manager came in and talked to me as well.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. They were basic STAR questions.

Interview
Applied, they had a one of those what would you do in this situation quizzes after, then I came in for interview, they gave me a tour and the job. They required a drug and test from a third party. The process was fairly quick and easy, not painful.
