Interview
The interview lasted 30 minute even though it seemed like it was only 10. The assistant manger was very nice and personable. She told me about herself them asked me to describe myself. She asked a few questions about my selling ability then described the work environment. She gave a very detailed description of the job requirements. At the end she asked me if I had any questions and once they were answered she explained the process for when I would hear back about an offer.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
