I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2016
Interview
Behavioral Interview Questions. No case study questions yet, those will be asked at the 2nd round interview at headquarters in Wisconsin. We met at my university's undergraduate office where I was seated in a waiting room with other interviewers. Pretty typical questions for first round interview. Wanted to know about teamwork and leadership skills that apply to the world of customer service retail. Honestly didn't ask too much about analytical qualifications.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.

Interview
It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
