Interview
Applied online on Friday night & received a phone call on Monday morning for an interview. The interview consisted of four other people and two managers. We were asked to answer the same questions and every person had the chance to answer the question first. The managers were very friendly & energetic. After the interview they asked me & another person to stay back. So if you're asked to stay back that means you've been hired.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
