I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Interview lasted about 20 minutes in their breakroom with a lady from HR. She went over prior retail experience and then other work history. Talked about my availability and preferences for which job I would excel in most. At the end of the interview she went over the next step in the hiring process. She told me that they will review all applications and you will receive an email within 24-48 hours indicating if they are going to hire you or no longer move forward with your application.
