I interviewed on campus, it was pretty basic. Just questions about you and your resume. Then they put on a big event when they fly you into Milwaukee, put you up at the Hilton, take you out to dinner, and the next day have a huge day of interviews. You have 3 one-on-one interviews and one group interview, there are also Q&A sessions, a tour, and a few meals. BIg ordeal

Interview
It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
