It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Sep 2009
Interview
Group interview. One by one they asked the same question Basic questions like How do you feel about Kohls credit card? Tell me a time when you gave or received great customer service. etc..
I would have liked to known right there and then if I got the job, yet they say they will call within week or two if I got accepted.

Question 1
Tell me a time when when you received or were given great customer service.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
