I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
I talked with a recruiter at a career fair and then had an interview online. From there I had an online assessment and then was invited to MKE. They got a hotel for applicants and gave a tour of the headquarters the next day at the interview event. There were three one on ones, lunch and then a group session about ordering items and the reasoning.

Interview
Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.

Interview
It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
