I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Houston, TX) in Feb 2014
Interview
Met recruiter at college career fair and was offered an interview for only a few days later. Interviewers were very nice and easy to converse with. Questions were read from a sheet of paper. Questions were expected, except all had a little twist than what I had prepared, therefore it was just slightly more difficult than expected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you did not step up to become a leader.
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
