I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
Although I was expecting a group interview because that is usually Kohl's default interviewing process, it ended up being a 15 minute, one-on-one interview and I was hired on the spot. The questions asked were exactly the questions you would find by searching "Kohl's interview questions" on the internet. Just doing research on the company and their interviewing process helped to prepare me immensely. Make sure you familiarize yourself with their core values and incorporate them into your responses!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There weren't really any "trick" questions. Just do your research and you'll be more than prepared.
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
