I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (South Bend, IN) in Sep 2009
Interview
I turned in my application, was scheduled for an interview, went in for the interview and was given a one on one interview. I was asked several questions about my values and experience. After the interview I was told I would be called about when and if I would get the job and I received the call and started working a week later.

Question 1
How would you confront a co-worker about stealing?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
