It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Livonia, MI) in Jun 2014
Interview
Hiring and interview process was easy. It was a group interview and they hired everyone in. They asked a few questions and told a few jokes. They wanted to make everyone fill welcomed. The culture of the work environment is quite pleasant. For that to have been my first job, I'm glad to say I have worked there.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
