Interview
I applied for the New Graduate Program in Dallas. The first official interview was with the Recruiting Manager. I was asked which division (Korn Ferry, Future Step, or Hay Group) interested me the most. I selected Hay Group and a WebEx interview with two representatives were set up for the following week. I was also asked to take an hour long personality assessment. For my third interview, I had a phone call with a Senior Client Partner the following week. The Recruiting Manager called back the next week to request I do one more interview. I spoke to someone in Chicago and got an offer the next day. Expect to answer about 2 to 3 behavioral questions at every stage. All other questions involved a rundown of your resume and your career aspirations. Everyone was profesional and courteous throughout the entire process.

Interview
First round pretty easy just a behavioral to connect with people within your prospective team. They just want t see if you're interested in the industry and the job description. I have only done the first round yet but seems like a really cool company. I thought that it was completely remote but it's how you want it. You can live near the office so that you get a feel of a true hybrid environment.
All good, recruiters are easy to talk to and were able to feel at ease at the first initial interview. Really great at making people welcome at all times. ...
Nice, supportive, kind and no pressure at all I find the experience professional, clear and with kindness. I feel like I'm heard not really being assessed tightly. Great opportunity to learn.
