Interview
Multiple phone and in person interviews with people at my level and 1, 2, 3 levels up. Seemed like they wanted me to meet as many people as I could so I would be comfortable with the role and they could be comfortable that I would fit with the culture. Everyone was candid with the good and bad I would face in this role.
