I called about the job, they asked me few questions and asked me to come in for an interview. They asked me more questions. Said they would let me know. They did hire me. They did a drug test at the store. I passed.criminal background check- passed that. I started working for Kroger a few days later.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. They texted me that they wanted to interview me, along with a link to a page listing the times they had available. (The page said 3 people would interview me, but I was actually only interviewed by one.) Once I selected a time, they sent me reminders the day before and the day of the interview. When I showed up at the store, it took me a second to find someone to alert that I was there for an interview. It took around 5 minutes for them to find a hiring manager. The interview lasted only 10-15 minutes instead of the allotted 30.

First you have to call them for a phone interview. Then, there is an in person interview. After that, there is orientation for the position you applied for. It was fairly easy.
