I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroger
Interview
the interview process was in a group setting, multiple individuals looking for positions in different departments and multiple store, using a district recruiter. the interview provided lots of company history, expansion plans, other locations, and rather general details about the in-store experience. there was very little information provided in regards to wages/hourly compensation.

Question 1
During the process they wanted us to demonstrate how we would interact with customers by acting out daily situations with the recruiter as the customer.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Hiram, GA) in Aug 2025
Interview
First interview was rather standard, just a set of behavioral questions and explaining the job description. I do have a second interview with the store manager so we'll see how it goes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Fort Wayne, IN) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. They texted me that they wanted to interview me, along with a link to a page listing the times they had available. (The page said 3 people would interview me, but I was actually only interviewed by one.) Once I selected a time, they sent me reminders the day before and the day of the interview. When I showed up at the store, it took me a second to find someone to alert that I was there for an interview. It took around 5 minutes for them to find a hiring manager. The interview lasted only 10-15 minutes instead of the allotted 30.

Interview
First you have to call them for a phone interview. Then, there is an in person interview. After that, there is orientation for the position you applied for. It was fairly easy.
