Interview
After applying online, you may call to schedule a one on one interview with the store's AA. In the interview, the hiring manager will describe to you the requirements of the job you're applying for. You'll be asked a few questions and then be sent on your way. If they like you, they will give you a call back to schedule a group interview. My group consisted of the hiring manager, the overall store manager, and three other potential employees (some applying for other positions). You get asked 3 or 4 questions and say your answers aloud. If they like you, you will come in for a drug test.

Interview
The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
