Interview
Basically during the interview they want to know whether you can be able to teach kids who may need help because not all the time will kids be able to learn from the answer book. Therefore you must be able to teach them in any circumstances .
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
I was asked a few questions about my level of education (including the level of maths education), and then I was given a Kumon maths test to complete.
