I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L.E.K. Consulting (Boston, MA) in Oct 2011
Interview
I received an email announcing I had a first round interview with LEK and was very excited about it. The first round consisted of 2 30-minute case interviews. One was a quantitative/market-sizing and the other one was a qualitative/strategy-based case. A week later, I found out I made it to the final round of interviews at their Boston office. This round consisted of 3 30-minute case interviews. The format for each was 5 minutes of fit questions, a 20 minute case, and then 5 minutes for me to ask questions. I found the interview process very pleasant and the interviewers very excited about their roles at LEK.
Interviewed through university recruiting. First round was two back-to-back 30 minute interviews. About 5 minutes of personal questions, followed by 20 minutes of case interview, and 5 minutes of Q& A. Both interviewers had read through my resume before hand and had specific questions about my experiences.

Question 1
The case interview in the first round was a simple market sizing for Halloween market with a follow-up question of whether opening a pop-up store or permanent store would be more profitable. Final round interview was in the Boston office (as that was my office choice). Three interviews of similar format with more senior executives.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L.E.K. Consulting (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very simple. First round was two 30-minute case interviews (One market sizing, One business situation). Final round was only three 30-minute case interviews with Managers and Directors (One pure market sizing, One pure business situation, and One market sizing/Business situation hybrid).
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L.E.K. Consulting (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
L.E.K. came and recruited at our campus. I went through two rounds of interviews, each round had 3 case interviews, ranging from 15-45 minute cases. The first round of cases were what you might expect, pretty straightforward and a lot of quant calculations. The second round of cases were longer, and more theoretical than about calculating the numbers.
