Als eerst moet je aanmelden en opgeven door middel van cv word je geselecteerd. Na de selectie volgt een online eerste gesprek een-op-een met een recruiter van L'Oréal waar het een kennismaking is en vragen over je motivatie.

El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
