Interview
As a part of selection process for an MBA project work, I had an interview with L'Oreal. It was a position within Marketing department. The first round was a group interview (8 people with different background), which consisted of several parts: introduction (using visuals from magazines to make a presentation and describe yourself), case (work in group), individual task (prepare a small presentation about L'Oreal). Two persons from HR and HR director were present during all process.

Probably to make a self-presentation using paper magazines and scissors.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.

Proceso de la entrevista era muy rapido, y quedo como quince minutos. Me preguntaron hablar un poco de mis experiencias laborales y my educacion, y mis habilidades y las idiomas que hablo.
