Quite streamlined, yet a slow process- you have to remain quite vigilant on checking for updates. The online interview questions were straight forward, and the video element allowed for you to show who you are more
First screening is to answer 3 questions in paragraphs. Just need to answer accordingly within the word limits. Not sure how they gonna assess performance. The process seems to be the same each year

great interview they are nice, got to meet the team and was overall a good experience. very happy with it all, noything really bad to say as i was successful. the team were just as nice in person.
