The interview process was structured in 3 steps. The first interview was a behavioural and fit interview where i was asked mainly questions about my CV and my personal experience. I was also asked two more technical questions. In the second step, i did a group interview in which i had to do a creative presentation of myself by cutting out some L'Oreal advertisments from some magazines and then solve a group business case. In the third step i was interviewed by the manager who described the job and asked me mainly motivational questions.
