LSU Risk Management Analyst interview questions

Received an email asking me to pick a time for the interview. I interviewed with 3 people via Zoom. Was a rather easy interview but the interviewers were clearly reading off of notecards. Questions were robotic and absolutely no way to show my personality or even strengths. I followed up with a thank you email to no response (which is typical) and followed up about to weeks later for a status update, again to no response. Very unprofessional. If I’ve taken the time to interview I expect a response when I ask for a status update or at least an email telling me I wasn’t selected. I have a rather bad taste in my mouth for this department.
