Interview
You will be asked to fill out your application, then after you finish you will sit down with the manager and they will ask you some basic information about yourself. Then they will ask you how you problem solve, how you work under stress, and why you would be a good fit.

I applied online, they called the next day to set up an interview. Interview went well ...very professional. A couple of questions were asked and then I was told there was a 3 part hiring process.

Interview
You fill out the forms, you return them, they hire you. They literally hire people who are clearly on drugs or have other problems; if you don't get put on shift then you're genuinely less hireable than a drug addict pedophile.
