Questions were asked about relevant experience. Focusing on how your experience could exhibit your communication skills. A handout was given to help prepare for the interpretation process. Overall, what they are looking for is someone who speak fluently of at least two languages, and have the ability to accurately translate between the two language

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
