We were at a long table and we sat beside several other candidates that were interviewing at the exact same time. There were four interviewers in the room with us. They asked us the same questions and we took turns answering.

After application, a recruiter will email you requesting to set up a phone screen to discuss your background and interests. They’ll also discuss the general expectations of onboarding, benefits, and general compensation. After that they’ll either send your application to the hiring manager for them to review and possibly reach out to you, or the recruiter will secure the interview for you personally.

Interview
Director was nice. He sat in the lobby incognito to get a first impression. So always act appropriately even before you arrive to the interview room. After the interview I got a tour of the unit. I was asked ahead of time to bring scrubs and stay a couple of hours helping the unit. I presume he got feedback from the other nurses afterwards.
