Interview process was pretty standard. initial phone screening followed by 3 rounds of on site interview. I was given a data set to work and prepare a dashboard using Tableau or Qlikview. Everything went well and received call from recruiter about the selection. They setup a call with immigration lawyer to confirm the work authorization and sponsorship plan. After confirmation from immigration lawyer, I received call from recruiter for final offer outlining offer details verbally and after negotiations I received email confirmation of the offer but not offer letter. I followed up for almost a month for the offer letter and they kept delaying the offer stating the pending approval of budget. After rigorous follow up, I was told that they hired somebody else. It was a big shock for me as I wasted my 2 precious months of job search and forgo other offers. It was highly unprofessional behavior of the recruiters. I would never recommend this company to any one.
