I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Submit a application to the store and got a call for an interview pretty soon after background check cleared. Took less than a week. The interview questions were all mainly about how you are as a person and not technical at all.

Question 1
What difficulties did you face in a previous job, and how did you overcome it?
Relatively standard and generic questions. They also provided me with a tour during one of the interviews and had me meet some of the potential team members. There were a few rounds before they gave an offer, but overall, it was a positive experience.
I did a pre-screening and then 3 additional interviews.
