I Met with the senior branch manager for about 20 minutes initially and then with the Area manager. They focused on my motivation and strengths. They continued to Ask me about my passions and opportunity in the Nashville market as an insurance agent. I was asked to show some of my skills on the phone and present a marketing plan on how I would build my client and source base.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
