the interview process is very standard. follow the S.A.R. format and you will be fine. For those of you who don't know, SAR stands for situation, action, and result. Even if you have to make something up...as long as it has a beginning, middle and end you are fine.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
