It was a first round interview by a human resource campus recruiter. The procedure is quite standard with some information at the beginning, followed by several behavior questions and lastly several minutes were left for me to ask questions.

The interview was conducted over a full business day with multiple managers in various departments. The interview covered many aspects of what is required of an intern in various departments.

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
