First interview was conducted through a recruiter over the phone. Second was in the local branch with the branch manager. Third was a presentation given about GSP Accounts (in my case) to the branch manager and one of the leading sales performers in the office. Fourth was an interview with the branch manager's boss, which was rather informal and discussed job offer.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
