I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Dover, NH) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview was completed by (I am assuming) a recent college graduate working in HR. The first question said it all "Why did you leave Liberty Mutual?" (I hadn't, I was an internal candidate!)
The questions were a waste of time, the HR rep clearly had no idea what the job entailed or any details. No idea when the position would be filled, etc.
Speaking (phone interview) with the hiring manager was much better. Better questions were asked too - detailed about the job.

Question 1
What is your personal (not career) long-term goal?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Quebec, QC)
Interview
The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Question 1
They asked me how do I react when senior management adds more work to a project without purshing back deadlines.
I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (London, England)
Interview
3 step process 2 interviewers each step, good amount of discussion at each interview and time to answer questions. A mixture of CV related and scenario based tests. Good experience overall
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
