I applied online. I interviewed at LinkedIn (South San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I got a Phone Screen (15 min) from the recruiter in San Fransisco. They asked mostly behavioral questions about my experience, and why BLP. What does LinkedIn mean to you?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Sep 2019
Interview
First interview is a phone screen with a recruiter. They ask why LinkedIn and why sales, and two situational questions.
Second round is batch day, consisting of 2 45-minute interviews back to back. The first is a mock sales call with a sales development manager. They provide you with everything you need to know beforehand. The second interview is with a BLP alum where they mostly ask situational questions.
I was contacted around a week after batch day that I would not be moving onto the next round, which would be onsite interviews I believe. Overall, a pleasant and relatively quick experience. They're really looking for people who want to go into sales and stay in sales.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I had two phone screens from recruiters each around thirty minutes each. They rushed through their questions and left the majority of time for you to ask questions. Overall nice, but they left it to you to leave a strong impression. I think they were just confirming culture fit and weren’t as pivotal in selection as the actual sales managers.
