Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter about 1 week after sending in my resume and cover letter. I had two phone interviews about 5 days apart with two different recruiters, both of whom were pleasant and easy to talk to. After the second interview I was contacted two days later about being flown on site for a final round interview. The day itself was very long (8:15-6) but it was filled with interesting activities like a tour of the Empire State Building and tours of the offices. There were three more interviews that day, one behavioral, one analytical and one group.
Applied through Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Found out about the phone screen interview one week after applying. There are 4 interviews in total, and the waiting process depends for each candidate.

Interview
3 Rounds of interviews. First one is very standard with typical interview questions. Second interview focus on behavioral questions and what you would do in certain scenarios. The last round was a group interview case study, which was very difficult and you are working in teams of 4 with other candidates. Overall good interview experience but the last round was difficult trying to directly compete with other candidates.
