We apologize for the delay you experienced receiving a status update after your interview. We're implementing a new system here for candidate tracking and communication, and speedy updates are one of the reasons for this new investment. We manage an enormous volume of candidates every week - well over 25 for your role alone - and want to be equipped to give every one of them a positive interview experience.
An even more pressing concern is your perception of age discrimination. Honestly, we're dismayed that you were left with that impression because it couldn't be farther from the truth. We have a hugely diverse population within the Livongo workforce, and that includes representation of all generations. Diversity and inclusion are part of our team culture, and are valued and actively supported at every level of this organization. If you didn't notice many older people during your interview, please remember that 45% of our employees work remotely, and another large percentage are in various other Livongo offices around the country.
