Applied - seem to remember this part was relatively straight forward. Upload CV input grades etc.
Phone Interview - again fairly standard, why do you want to work here? why this stream? various questions about the company such as what challenges there are? how can LBG be different than competing banks?
Assessment centre - company paid for travel and accom in solihull, west midlands for the assessment centre. Staff were all lovely, did a competency interview which tests your ability to fit the LBG core values - there was then a repeat of the phone questions. there was a presentation that you had 45mins to prepare and then presented it and got asked tough questions, then there was a group exercise.
