I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Denver, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
HR reached out and ghosted me. I sent follow-up email 2 times, no response, no guild, not a single insight of why they didn't proceed with me. Apparently, they don't care at all knowing they're the big guy in gov-contractor. Though I understand in this market, people need a job more than the job needs people, I still feel disrespectful regarding the thought I poured into answer their long questions via email.

Also turn around was pretty quick and your recruiter is a really good source to ask questions if you have any. Please know your resume inside out because they will pull it up when interviewing you!
